ABOUT
Our company is a purely Czech company, specializing in the casting and machining of parts made of electroconductive copper.
We are able to provide piece and serial production of castings and parts, from small to parts suitable in size for our CNC machinery.
Thanks to our high flexibility and specialization in copper processing, we are able to offer short delivery times and attractive prices, including cooperation in the development of the required parts.
The high quality of the supplied parts is ensured thanks to the experience of our employees and the implemented ISO 9001 quality system.
FOUNDRY
It is focused on casting of simple and complicated copper castings weighing 0.5 kg to 50 kg, from material according to EN 1982 CuC CC040 GS-A. The material can be modified with alloy (Ag, B, …) based on the customer’s request.
We cast into sand moulds and shells for meltable wax.
We specialize in castings with higher conductivity required mainly in the electrical and metallurgical industries.
We are able to collaborate in the development of new castings or the transition from welded parts to simpler and more profitably cost-effective castings.
We are able to deliver copper castings comprehensively from the design and manufacture of the model equipment, through the actual casting and subsequent machining to the final surface treatment according to the individual customer’s requirements.
We are able to supply a certificate of conductivity and chemical composition for the castings upon customer request.
MACHINE SHOP
We are focused not only on the machining of copper castings from our own production, but also on the processing of copper belts and rods on CNC milling centers and lathes.
Due to the universality of our technological equipment, we are able to provide both piece and small batch production. The average age of the machinery is 4.15 years, which allows us to achieve the required quality of the final products.
Staffing is at a high level thanks to regular training.
All parts go through an output inspection, which has measuring equipment from the companies Trimos, Kinex and Mitutoyo.
We will deliver the parts in packaging according to the customer’s request, by agreement including transport.
